How consignment works

Four simple steps, zero hassle

From your shoebox to a sold listing — we do the heavy lifting so you get the best price without the work.

1

Send your cards

Tell us what you have, then post your cards to us — shipping to us is at your cost. We recommend tracked, insured postage for peace of mind.

2

We list & photograph

Each card is inspected, professionally photographed and listed as a 5-day auction to drive competitive bidding.

3

We handle the sale

We manage buyers, offers, payments and secure shipping — backed by our established eBay reputation.

4

You get paid

Once your card sells, your payout is sent the following week — clear, scheduled and hassle-free.

Simple pricing

Low fees, only when you sell

No upfront costs, no listing fees, no monthly charges. Our fee is a small percentage of your net proceeds — and you only ever pay it when your card actually sells.

No sale, no fee — ever

Our fee is calculated on what’s left after eBay’s selling fees are deducted — not on the total amount the buyer paid.

Estimate your payout

Total cost: of sale price

This is an estimate only. As every card is sold via 5-day auction, the final sale price — and your payout — may be higher or lower than shown.

Our fee by sale price

Applied to net proceeds, after eBay’s fee.

Under $50 3% + $1
$50 – $299 1% + $2
$300 and above 1.6% flat
Worked example

Your card sells for $100.

1. eBay deducts its fee$13.42
2. Net proceeds$86.58
3. Our fee (1% + $2)$2.87
4. You receive$83.71

Is your fee taken from the full sale price or after eBay’s cut?

After eBay’s cut. We never charge our percentage on top of the gross sale amount — only on what’s actually left once eBay has been paid. The calculator above shows both numbers so you can see exactly where every dollar goes.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What cards do you accept?

Pokémon cards only for now — singles from across every set. Graded slabs are coming soon. There’s no minimum value, so send anything from a single chase card to a whole collection.

How do I send my cards in, and who pays postage?

Tell us what you’ve got, then post your cards to us. Postage to us is covered by you — we recommend tracked, insured shipping for peace of mind.

How is the sale price decided?

Every card is listed as a 5-day auction, so eBay buyers set the final price through competitive bidding. That means your payout can land above or below any estimate.

What happens if my card doesn’t get a bid?

If your card doesn’t receive a bid during its 5-day auction, we’ll let you know. You then choose: relist it, or have it sent back to you.

Are my cards safe with you?

Always. Every card is handled and stored with care. In the rare event a card is lost or damaged while in our possession, you’ll be compensated with a full market-value payout, agreed with you directly.

What are your fees?

No upfront costs, no listing fees, and no sale means no fee. We take a small commission on your net proceeds (what’s left after eBay’s fee) only when your card sells — see the Pricing section for the full breakdown.

How and when do I get paid?

By bank transfer, every Wednesday. Cards that sell during a week (Monday–Sunday) are paid out the following Wednesday — so depending on when in the week your card sells, you’ll have your funds within roughly 3 to 10 days.
